SPORTS STORAGE SALADOS

Rules and additional information:

.- Users of the sports storage facility must read and understand these rules and commit to their compliance by filling out the registration form. A photograph of both sides of your identity document must be attached, and the registration form must be completed to maintain a monthly user record.

.- Failure to submit the registration form does not exempt the user from the commitment and compliance specified herein.

.- The membership fee must be paid without fail between the 1st and 5th of each month, corresponding to the calendar month in which the service begins, regardless of the start date of the service.

.- Non-payment or late payment of the fee (beyond the 5th) will result in the loss of all acquired rights and the termination of all contracted services (including immediate access to the Club's premises). Salados Club management may retain materials stored on its premises until the debt is paid.

.- The Center's Management reserves the unilateral right to restrict the contract and its services as described in the previous paragraph. However, under special circumstances previously communicated to the Club's Management, services may continue despite a delay in payment (beyond the 5th), provided the user pays the full fee plus an additional penalty of EUR1 per day of delay.

.- To recover your sports equipment, you must contact the Center's management and pay the total accumulated debt. Failure to do so and continued debt for a period of two months will result in the equipment becoming the property of the Center as payment.

.- The monthly fee entitles the user to enter the Club solely to access their sports equipment storage.

.- The Club may provide the user with access to the shower for an extra fee, increasing the monthly rate. Urinating in the shower is strictly prohibited. The bathroom key is located at the entrance to facilitate access to the Parque Santiago 2 bathroom.

.- Storage spaces may be shared with other users with prior notification to the Club's Management, paying an extra fee per additional person.

.- Use and access to the facilities are exclusively for sports equipment storage members. Entry is strictly prohibited for unregistered individuals without a Club registration form.

.- Access is allowed during Parque Santiago 2 shopping center opening hours via a smart lock with a code. This personal and non-transferable code may be blocked in case of non-payment or misuse.

.- Sharing your personal access code with third parties will result in immediate expulsion without any refund.

.- For occasional access or use of the facilities by external individuals (non-registered), accompanying a registered member, the guest must pay a daily fee of EUR3. If the guest wishes to leave equipment in the Club (board, backpack, etc.), there will be a EUR5 daily fee, which includes shower and storage rights in the locker or rack of the registered user. The registered user must inform the Management immediately.

.- Registered members will have access to additional services such as sports equipment rental with a 10% discount, applicable to other Club activities (surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, video analysis, and surf skating).

.- To ensure a safe environment, the facilities are equipped with video surveillance cameras that record images and audio whenever motion is detected. These recordings are solely for the purpose of ensuring proper use of the facilities and their security, in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantees.

.- If the user cannot access the facilities due to urgent or major reasons and requires external access on their behalf, they must contact one of the Center's managers to obtain a one-time-use code or have the smart lock opened remotely.

.- Walking around the facilities nude is prohibited. Users must use the changing room or have a poncho or towel for this purpose.

.- Users must mop the floor if they wet it before leaving the facilities to maintain cleanliness.

.- Personal belongings must always be stored in the designated personal storage area, without encroaching on others' spaces.

.- The communal hanger is intended for hanging wet equipment. Wet suits must be hung on a hanger folded in half to optimize space. Once dry, they must be stored in the personal space.

.- To avoid bad odors, anyone urinating in their swimsuit or wetsuit will be banned from using the communal hanger on the ground floor, and storing such garments in the facilities will be prohibited.

.- It is recommended to take wet materials home, as the facilities are underground, promoting a fresher and odor-free environment.

.- To organize the offered spaces, users must notify at least one week in advance if they do not wish to renew their sports equipment storage. Otherwise, continuity will be assumed.

.- Late notifications will require payment of the next month's fee, regardless of usage.

.- Once non-renewal is notified, the deposit may be refunded after verifying the state of the storage space.

.- The Club may use part or all of the deposit depending on the condition of the returned storage space.

.- Lockers can be personalized (e.g., adding hooks, mirrors, shelves). However, upon ceasing use, they must be restored to their original state. Failure to do so will result in damages being deducted from the deposit.

.- Repeated failure to comply with these rules may lead to expulsion from the Center without any refund.

.- Any changes to the conditions will be communicated at least one week in advance. Continued use of the facilities will be considered acceptance of the updated contract. If not accepted, the user may stop using the facilities.

.- Salados Club will not be responsible for ignorance of this document, which will be sent via WhatsApp or email. It is the recipient's responsibility to read and sign it and provide photos of both sides of their identity document.

Thank you and good waves.

Sincerely: Salados Club Management
